How can I change or cancel my recurring donation?

You can manage or cancel your recurring donation to ReadWorks in Kindful's donor portal: https://readworksinc-bloom.kindful.com/users/sign_in

Before you can manage your donation plan, you will need to create a Kindful account with the email you gave at the time of donation:

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your account.

After confirmation, you can log in and see your donation history with ReadWorks. Please note, donations may take up to an hour to appear in your account.

In "Recent Activities," you can review the transaction ID, donation date, payment method, and request a refund by selecting the down arrow next to a transaction

In your "Downloads" section, you will find annual tax summaries for your records.

In the "Recurring Transactions" section, you can view and manage all recurring donation plans, as well as create new recurring donations:

When you "Edit" a recurring donation, you can:

• Update frequency
• Change the next donation date
• Update the recurring donation amount

Once your recurring details are finalized, select "Continue to Payment" to select or update your payment method:

Then, select "Confirm" to submit changes.
