My email has bounced! What should I do?

If you are seeing the error message shown below, it's because we have had some issues sending emails to your email address. Some common reasons that this occurs include:

• Misspelled email addresses
• Closed-campus school emails
• Spam filters preventing our emails from getting through
• Deactivated email addresses

Please double check that you've spelled your email correctly. If you are using a valid, correctly spelled email address and are not a student, email us at help@readworks.org and we will fix the problem.
