Where is my password reset email?

If you are using your personal email, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.

If you are using your school email, it is possible your district filters are blocking the email from getting through. Email us at 'help@readworks.org' for help resetting your password and we will respond as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, please contact your district IT staff to ensure that they whitelist emails sent by "ReadWorks.org"
